Simply present your membership card when paying your check.
Points are awarded for the food and beverage total of your check. Only the member paying the bill can receive points.
Silver Status: Spend $1,000 in the calendar year, and receive 1.25 points per dollar.
Gold Status: Spend $2,500 in the calendar year, and receive 1.50 points per dollar.
Points are automatically converted to $25 dining rewards at every 350 point increments ($10 for every 140 point increment outside of Illinois).

There is a one-time $25 enrollment fee ($10 outside of Illinois). After your third visit to a Lettuce Entertain You Restaurant (one visit outside of Illinois) your enrollment fee will be credited to your Rewards Card.
