Executive Chef David DiGregorio and LEYE founder Rich Melman traveled through every region of Italy sampling Italy’s best. It was through these travels that they ate at the greatest rustic Italian restaurants that ultimately provided the inspiration for today's Osteria Via Stato menu. Osteria Via Stato captures the best of Italy with seasonal dishes, an all-Italian wine list and a la dolce vita spirit of hospitality.  

With new specialties to mark each season, Osteria’s extensive alla carte menu and its guest-favored, three-course “Italian Dinner Party” menu suit every occasion from family celebrations to an intimate evening for two.
