Fresh Seafood, Alaskan King Crab, Prime Steaks and Signature Salads

Contemporary and refined, Reel Club combines long-popular dishes with Twenty-first Century thinking. The focus is seafood selected from ecologically sound fisheries, wild caught or naturally farmed, and prepared simply to showcase its freshness. Signature dishes include tilapia Milanese with crunchy sesame-almond crust, parmesan-crusted grouper, and prime shellfish: genuine Maine lobsters, Alaskan king crab legs, and Maryland lump crab cakes.

Meats are just as carefully chosen, and include Black Angus and USDA Prime steaks, grass-fed veal, and chickens naturally raised on Amish family farms. The produce is obtained from local and organic suppliers when seasonality permits.

Cocktails are blended from premium liquors and fresh fruits and herbs, while the superb wine cellar is stocked with Master Sommelier Alpana Singh's 200 favorite wines from across the globe.
